Country star, Joe Nichols, is making is taking the stage at Moonshine Flats on Friday, November 1st!
Arkansas native, Joe Nichols, developed his love for country music as a child by watching his father play bass in a country band. He started his music career by playing in rock bands during his teenage years and before he came back to country music, he worked as a DJ before signing with his label. His second album, Man With a Memory was his breakthrough album setting him up for a series of number ones and charting songs including, “Brokenheartsville" and "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off." Joe is a three-time Grammy nominee, an ACM, Billboard, CMA and CMT Award winner and in 2012 Nichols kept the success going, releasing both "Sunny & 75" and "Yeah" which went Platinum-certified number one status.
With one of the most distinctive singing voices in country music, Nichols has released his newest album, Never Gets Old. The idea behind this record was to get back to a place where it all began for Joe—where his passion and drive for traditional country music originated, and this album did just that. Joe dug in to reconnect with his calling and has said by doing so, this album has come full circle. Joe’s love, passion and determination to revive traditional country music is one of those things that never gets old – it’s what he loves.
